PUBLIC NOTICE WILLIAMSBURG CITY COUNCIL The Williamsburg City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, August 10, 2023, at 2:00 p. m. in the Council Chambers of the Stryker Center, 412 North Boundary Street, to consider the following: PCR#22-023 Request of 252 Patriot Ln, LLC to rezone property located at 252 Patriot Lane, parcel number 3908.055.668, from Corridor Business District (B-2) to Multifamily Dwelling District (RM-2) and to remove the property from the Corridor Protection District (CP). The applicant has submitted a voluntary proffer to build a maximum of 8 townhouses instead of the 10.5 allowed in the RM-2 zoning district.
