PUBLIC NOTICE WILLIAMSBURG BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Williamsburg Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, May 4, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. in Room #123, of the Stryker Center, 412 North Boundary Street, to consider the following: BZA#23-003: Request of Timothy David Denby for a special exception from Section 21-896 of the Zoning Ordinance to enlarge an existing nonconforming dwelling the same distance from the side property line as the existing dwelling. The applicant proposes a side yard for the addition of 5 feet from the adjacent property instead of the required 10 feet. The property is located at 226 Virginia Ave, Williamsburg Tax Map Number 435-02-00-017, and is zoned, Single Family Dwelling District RS-2.
