PUBLIC NOTICE WILLIAMSBURG PLANNING COMMISSION The Williamsburg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Stryker Center, 412 North Boundary Street, to consider public comments regarding the following applications, in accordance with Division 15, Section. 21-483.1 of the Williamsburg Zoning Ordinance: PCR# 22-023 Request of 252 Patriot Ln, LLC to rezone property located at 252 Patriot Lane, parcel number 3908.055.668, from Corridor Business District (B-2) to Multifamily Dwelling District (RM-2) and to remove the property from the Corridor Protection District (CP). PCR# 23-014 Request of Williamsburg James City County Schools for a special use permit to allow an outdoor freezer at 301 Scotland Street.
