PUBLIC NOTICE WILLIAMSBURG PLANNING COMMISSION The Williamsburg Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, May 17, 2023, at 3:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Stryker Center, 412 North Boundary Street, to consider public comments regarding the following applications, in accordance with Division 15, Section. 21-483.1 of the Williamsburg Zoning Ordinance: PCR#23-013 The owner of 1205 Jamestown Road is requesting an amendment to a special use permit in accordance with Sec. 21-324 to allow additional multifamily dwellings, provided that no more than 67 percent of the gross floor area of the building be residential.
