A request to withdraw 10 acres of a 105.82-acre parcel of land zoned A-1, General Agricultural, from the Hill Pleasant Farm Agricultural and Forestal District. A request to allow contractor's warehouses, sheds, and offices and the manufacture and sale of wood products on a parcel of land zoned A-1, General Agriculture. The property is located at 9537 Barnes Road, further identified as JCC Real Estate Tax Map No. 0430100012A and is designated Rural Lands on the 2045 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map. Recommended primary uses include traditional agricultural and forestal activities, but also innovative agriculture, horticulture, silviculture, specialty or niche farming, commercial and non-commercial equine opportunities, agri-tourism, rural-based public or commercial recreation, rural-support businesses and certain public or semi-public and institutional uses that require a spacious site and are compatible with the natural and rural surroundings.
