PUBLIC NOTICE WILLIAMSBURG CITY COUNCIL The Williamsburg City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 14, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Stryker Center, 412 North Boundary Street, to consider the following: PCR#22-023 Request of 252 Patriot Ln, LLC to rezone property located at 252 Patriot Lane, parcel number 3908.055.668, from Corridor Business District (B-2) to Multifamily Dwelling District (RM-2) and to remove the property from the Corridor Protection District (CP). The applicant has submitted three voluntary proffers: to build a maximum of 8 townhouses instead of the 10.5 allowed in the RM-2 zoning district, Driveways on the Property shall be a width sufficient for two cars to park in the driveway, There shall be an owner's association in accordance with Virginia law in which all property owners of any portion of the Property shall be members. PCR# 23-018 Request by Lawrence A. Rieger, DOMACEC, for a Special Use Permit to operate a church at 1006 Richmond Road.
