PUBLIC NOTICE WILLIAMSBURG CITY COUNCIL The Williamsburg City Council will hold public hearings on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Stryker Center, 412 North Boundary Street, to consider the following: PCR#21-007: Zoning Text Amendment to Article III. District Regulations, Division 2. Single-Family Dwelling District RS-1, Division 3. Single-Family Dwelling District RS-2, Division 3.1 Single-Family Dwelling District RS-3, Division 6 Downtown Residential District RDT, Division 6.1. Limited Business Downtown District LB-1, Division 6.2 Limited Business Neighborhood District LB-2, Division 6.3 Limited Business Mixed-Use District LB-3, Division 6.4 Limited Business Corridor District LB-4, Division 8. Downtown Business District B-1, Division 9. Corridor Business District B-2, Division 9.1 Culinary Arts and Hospitality District B-4, Division 10. Urban Business District B-3, Division 10.1 Economic Development District ED, Division 10.2 Economic Development District ED-2, and Division 13 Museum Support District MS to allow public art approved through the City's public art program. PCR#21-008: Request of CW Condominium Association, RAC Enterprises, LLC, & CW Enterprises II, LLC to amend Section 21-324 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a Not-For-Profit Retail and Distribution Facility in the B-2 Corridor Business District with a special use permit. PCR#21-009: Request of FISH, Inc. for a special use permit for a Not-For-Profit Retail and Distribution Facility at 312, 312-Z, and 314 Second Street in the B-2 Corridor Business District. PCR#21-011: Quarterpath Williamsburg LLC requests a Special Use Permit to encroach on slopes in excess of 30 percent for the future development of townhomes and condominiums at 4200 Battery Boulevard (property adjacent to Northridge Street).
