PUBLIC NOTICE WILLIAMSBURG CITY COUNCIL The Williamsburg City Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday May 12, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Stryker Center, 412 North Boundary Street, to consider the following: PCR#22-005: Request of Strangeways Brewing for a text change amendment to allow "micro-brewery, micro-distillery, micro-winery and/or micro- cidery, with a capacity of not more than 15,000 barrels per year" with a special use permit in the Economic Development ED-2. PCR#22-006: Request of Strangeways Brewing for a special use permit to operate a restaurant and micro-brewery at 1430-1103 High Street. PCR#22-010: A Zoning Text Change to Chapter 21, Division 1, Section 21-26 & Division 2, Section 21-46 to restate and amend text regarding administration and approvals of special use permits to allow extensions of not more than 180 days for the expiration of outstanding special use permits under certain hardship circumstances as enumerated.
