The property is further identified as JCC Real Estate Tax Map No. 1130100013 and is designated Rural Lands on the 2045 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map. SUP-23-0001.2886 Lake Powell Road Tourist Home. A request to allow the rental of rooms on a parcel zoned R-2, General Residential. The property is located at 2886 Lake Powell Road, is further identified as JCC Real Estate Tax Map No. 4810100044 and is designated Low Density Residential on the 2045 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Map.
