James City County Jamestown 1607 PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF UNSAFE BUILDING, STRUCTURE, OR WALL Pursuant to James City County Code Section 4-76, notice is hereby given of unsafe conditions present on the following property: 1320 MOSES LANE, JAMES CITY COUNTY REAL ESTATE PARCEL NO.5020100005 The buildings located on the parcel identified above have been substantially damaged. As a result, the James City County Building Official has determined that the buildings pose a significant threat to public safety. Any personal property that is not removed by the demolition date will be disposed of by the contractor. In the event JCC, through its own agents or employees, conducts the actions ordered above, the expenses thereof will be chargeable to and paid by the owners of the Property and may be collected in the same manner as taxes are collected.
