As a result, the James City County Building Official has determined that the buildings pose a significant threat to public safety. Any personal property that is not removed by the demolition date will be disposed of by the contractor. In the event JCC, through its own agents or employees, conducts the actions ordered above, the expenses thereof will be chargeable to and paid by the owners of the Property and may be collected in the same manner as taxes are collected.
