Patil for a special exception pursuant to Section 21- 605.2 of the Zoning Ordinance to approve the short-term rental of one room to transient visitors in a single-family detached dwelling. The property is located at 418 Pocahontas St., Williamsburg Tax Map Number 499-14-00-001, and is zoned, Single- Family Dwelling District RS-2.
