James City County VIRGINIA Jamestown 1607 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Directors of the James City Service Authority (JCSA) will conduct a public hearing on February 9, 2021 at 5:00 P.M. in the County Government Center Board Room, 101-F Mounts Bay Road, James City County, Virginia; provided, however, that the Board may meet electronically if conditions so require, pursuant to the Continuity of Government Ordinance adopted by the James City County Board of Supervisors on April 14, 2020, and readopted on September 8, 2020, to consider the following: A resolution to authorize abandonment of an approximately 4,915 square foot portion of an existing utility easement in the vicinity of the intersection of Harrington Commons and Rockwell Road in the Colonial Heritage development. The easement abandonment is part of a force main relocation project.
