THE CHESAPEAKE BAY BOARD WILL CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING CASES: CBPA 21-0079: Wayne Harbin Builder, Inc., has filed an exception request for encroachments into the RPA buffer for sanitary sewer installation and Stormwater Management BMP construction at 6015 Richmond Road, JCC Parcel ID No. 3220100081. CBPA 21-0089: Mr. Mark and Ms. Linda Wenger, have filed an exception request for encroachments into the RPA buffer for the construction of a deck at 105 Thorpe's Parish, JCC Parcel ID No. 5030300015. Appeals from decisions under the Chesapeake Bay Preservation Ordinance may also be heard.
