JCC Alert is now part of the CodeRED network which enables James City County officials to quickly deliver emergency alerts and notifications. JCC Alert allows individuals and businesses to provide their own contact information allowing everyone to control how they receive emergency notifications. JCC Alert requires street addresses in order to issue geographically targeted emergency messages so even if you have an unlisted number or use a cell phone or VoIP phone as your primary number, please provide an associated street address.

You can simply register or you can create a managed account with a password which will allow you to monitor and make changes to your information as needed.
