The Peninsula Housing & Builders Association (PHBA) was formed in 1956 to promote the housing and building industry. A trade organization committed to improving the quality of life within our community, PHBA has a diverse membership composed of  builders, remodelers, and all businesses associated with the housing and  residential building industry. Members include everyone from bankers and building supply distributors to plumbers and electricians.
